At Electric Bazaar, we strive to deliver your electrical goods and industrial control products safely, securely, and on time. We understand that in the electrical industry, timely delivery is critical to keeping your projects on track.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the weight and dimensions of heavy electrical goods (such as panels, heavy-duty contactors, and cable drums), specialized shipping methods may be utilized.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (Available for eligible pin codes in Delhi/NCR).
- Bulk/Heavy Freight: 5-7 business days depending on the destination state.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages & Issues
Electric Bazaar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during third-party transit, but we will assist you in filing a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us immediately if the product arrives physically damaged.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside of India. We only serve domestic contractors, OEMs, and end-users within India.
